• Vendor application window: Feb 23 - March 3

• Rolling acceptance complete by March 8

• Deadline to pay and confirm participation: March 11

• All participating vendors will receive details about what to expect for the event experience, individual booth assignments and load in/out details at least two weeks prior to the event.
